Did Henderson Police try to cover up an unlawful killing of ice cream truck driver Deshira Selimaj? That is the claim of a lawsuit against the department by her widowed husband Zyber Selimaj. Jon talks with his attorney Marc Saggese and Nevada ACLU Executive Director Gary Peck about the complaint.
