The Culinary Union wants voters to decide whether the City of Las Vegas should spend hundreds of millions of dollars on a new city hall. Jon talks with Culinary Local 226 Secretary-Treasurer D. Taylor, Southern Nevada Building and Construction Trades Council spokesman Steve Redlinger and Las Vegas Business Development Director Scott Adams.
