Assembly Republicans have put forward a slate of campaign finance reform proposals, but they will likely have a hard time getting them through the Legislature. Assemblyman Randy Kirner, R-Reno, talks about the impetus for the reforms and Secretary of State Ross Miller discusses why it's so hard to get such law passed. Plus, Assemblyman Tick Segerblom, D-Las Vegas, explains why his committee killed similar reform measures last year and defends lobbyist-funded "fact-finding trips" to such places as the Bahamas and the Isle of Man.
