Should government employees be allowed to serve in the Legislature? A conservative watchdog group says it's a violation of the Separation of Powers clause in the Nevada Constitution and has filed suit. Plus, a last-minute challenger emerges to take on Steve Ross in the January 31st recall election. Las Vegas Planning Commissioner Byron Goynes wants to "Toss Ross," but why?
