NV Energy's wind energy rebate program is generating disappointing results, which critics blame on a lack of basic requirements from regulators. Assemblyman David Bobzien, D-Reno, who wrote the law creating the program reacts to the problems. Jason Geddes, Reno's Environmental Services Administrator, defends the city's lackluster wind performance and renewable energy businessman Rich Hamilton talks about how to improve the program.
