Internal Affairs probes prompted by an exclusive Face to Face investigation reveal some cops were doing the bidding of friends and associates, including the son of former Gov. Kenny Guinn. Was Jeff Guinn able to get what he wanted from Metro Police, because of his famous last name? And, why did Metro assign a cop who was involved to conduct the Internal Affairs investigation?
