The will of voters holds little sway at Las Vegas City Hall where the City Council is rejecting two initatives aimed at giving voters a say in redevelopment. Jon talks with the attorney for Culinary Local 226, which backed the measure and with City Attorney Brad Jerbic, who says the city is on the hook to bondholders for redevelopment dollars.
