The man whose wife had an affair with U.S. Sen. John Ensign (Nevada-R) talks about how he was thrown out of Ensign's office. What was he told? What was his wife told, and what about that mysterious severance? Jon asks Doug Hampton about that and more in the second of a two-part interview.

  1. you led the interview and the events too well...you even put words in the idiots mouth...

  2. once again where is cindy? what does she have to say about this mess she created?

ralston maybe you should ask her!

  3. In Part 2: Hampton looks like an even more pathetic shakedown artist than Part 1!
    Bentley
PS--Ralston did a good job of questioning.

  4. I would have loved to see a little more emphasis from Ralston about Cynthia's culpability. Come on people, it's to not eff someone if you really don't want to. This was the biggest, stupidest softball interview! What a joke.

  5. How about asking Doug Hampton what he thinks about his wife betraying her best friend.

Hampton's wife did the same thing to Darlene Ensign that Ensign did to Doug Hampton. How come that didn't come up?

  6. Ensign needs to resign.....period.
We voted for him because we thought he had family morals & values AND was qualified to do the job in Congress. We were wrong. As a fellow Summerlin neighbor, I am embarrassed. He's right up there now, in the "infidelity ranks", w/Bill Clinton & John Kennedy. I don't trust the Hamilton's either. They were looking for a big "pay-off". Darlene, you're better off without him. Mrs. Hamilton was not the 1st girlfriend and she most certainly won't be the last!John just got caught this time around!
