  1. Go to a Quest lab for a blood test and you are at the mercy of lay back, disinterested clerical, lazy help who are in no hurry to see you and your paper work.

I waited for 90 minutes and the clerk did not yet call me to check on the paperwork. I left after 90 minutes...I had to wait in line in the army, I don't have to now...I am 70 years old and I will not tolerate this incompetence if I never take the tests.

The office was crowded to standing room only with some outside in the hallway; you would think with that many people waiting for blood tests, they would have the brains to hire a few more receptionist clerks to process the paper work faster. But they have a captive audience and don't need to hurry. They are assured of the business whether they get to you today, tomorrow or next June.

Quest Labs,in the words of the younger generation today, "Sucks big time and makes big bucks!"
