I feel it so important to Thank Dana Gentry for the way she portrayed my story. I have the up most respect for her as a journalist as well as a person. To go public was not a spur of the moment angry decision. I had exhausted every avenue to settle my dispute in a Win/Win way with the Wynn Las Vegas. I had Obeyed everything asked of me by Steve Wynn himself. Because I was unable to communicate with him personally, as I had for 15 years due to obstacle, when approached by Dana I finally took a chance.....Because I aired my story to the Public instead of remaining quit I made Steve Wynn angry...well of course I wasn't obeying anymore was I? But now I have some closure, thanks to a magnificent woman who actually cared enough to listen instead of turn away and pretend I never exist like the rest of Las Vegas has.
So maybe my settlement is not on the table and I have to find True Lawyers who will fight for real people who lose their jobs and go up against deep pocket bullies who get their jollies financially breaking down people because they can....but you know what......Thanks to Journalist like Dana Gentry Women like myself can still look you the reader and the Steve Wynn's in the eyes. Because I'm not Broken and because someone believed the Public deserved the Truth as much as I believed in myself.
Thank you Dana Gentry and Thank you Rita Pickering for standing behind me as well. Together May We All make this town stronger for the women of tomorrow.
