Gov. Jim Gibbons is challenging state lawmakers to offer suggestions to fix the state budget. He says he has a 21-point plan in the works, and it's time for lawmakers to stop criticizing him. Jon talks with State Sen. Joe Heck (Clark County-R) and Assembly Majority Leader John Oceguera (Clark County-D) about that and more.
