Britney: Piece of Me at Planet Hollywood

In preparation for the Britney Spears extension of her resident show “Britney: Piece of Me” at the Axis at Planet Hollywood, her amazing dancer Zac Brazenas has been working with a personal-strength trainer to ensure that his body is rebuilt for the longer run with more power, speed and flexibility.

I reported in February the incredible story of Zac’s extraordinary injuries that he overcame after a 28-foot fall. For the past month, Zac has been working out with Seth Browning at the private gym Mansion Fitness in West Hollywood, Calif.

Zac explained that certain movements were proving difficult and painful for him, particularly in the huge wheel number where he has to grab and spin another dancer. Seth has been working him to become more mobile with better movements, and many of the exercises mimic the tougher routines in Britney’s show.

Zac says changes and improvements have already begun, and he is reporting great results so that he can make it through the next two years injury free in the Planet Hollywood show.
