It was a star-studded New Year’s Eve Weekend at the Palms, as guests included Matthew Perry, Brody Jenner, Robin Thicke, Paula Patton and Chanel West Coast, all of whom dined at the newly remodeled hotspot N9NE Steakhouse.
Actor Perry enjoyed a decadent NYE Weekend meal that included filet sliders, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, linguini with veal meatballs and Colorado lamb chops (let’s hope that he wasn’t dining alone!) before heading to the kitchen for a tour led by executive chef Barry S. Dakake.
Before returning to his table, Perry signed chef Barry’s celebrity “shakedown door,” requesting to autograph it next to a photograph of Batman that he thought was cool, drawn on the door by comic book artist Joe Benitez.
Shortly after 10:30 p.m., singer Thicke, his actress wife Patton and singer Chanel West Coast arrived at N9NE after Thicke’s concert at the Pearl Concert Theater. The trio and a group of 20 friends toasted to Thicke’s last U.S. show of 2013 from the steakhouse’s private dining room.
Reality-TV hunk Jenner held court alongside five friends in N9NE’s new “Center Table” surrounded by sheer canopies before heading to host a soiree at Ghostbar. Jenner was all smiles on the red carpet and while taking a photograph with a social-media contest winner who won a meet-and-greet with him, he jokingly told him to hop on his shoulders for the photo opp.
When asked what fans could expect from him in 2014, Jenner responded, “Working on being a better person, that’s it.” En route to Ghostbar, Jenner stopped to greet a fan with a baby, saying, “I want the baby,” and posed adoringly with the infant girl.
Once inside the club, go-go dancer’s greeted Jenner with oversized scorecards spelling out “B-R-O-D-Y” and a bottle of Fireball Whiskey. Jenner showed off his playful side, grabbing one of the scorecards while busting a move for the crowd.
Spotted earlier in the evening: Jason “Wee Man” Acuna of MTV’s “Jackass” sipping Budweiser in the Palms’ casino center bar, Social.
