Just one minute before high noon, reality TV star, Las Vegas sweetheart and former “Peepshow” headliner Holly Madison’s baby daughter arrived weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces.

In Touch Magazine has purchased the photo rights. Holly told the publication early this afternoon: “We couldn’t be any more overjoyed than at this moment.”

New daddy Pasquale Rotella added: “I’ve never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time.

“Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I’m truly the luckiest man in the world.”

Congratulations and greetings are pouring in from Holly’s friends on the Strip since her baby daughter’s arrival.

“Peepshow” at Planet Hollywood star Josh Strickland, who becomes an honorary uncle, said: “I could not be any happier for one of my best friends in life! Holly has been glowing ever since the day she found out that she was pregnant, and she has gotten even more beautiful. I am so happy for her and Pasquale to start this amazing journey of parenthood together. I also get to be an uncle!”

Stratosphere headliner Frankie Moreno added: “Congratulations to Holly and Pasquale on their beautiful bundle of joy. Can’t wait to see the baby!!!”

Actor Mark Shunock, who portrays Lonny in “Rock of Ages” at The Venetian, said: “Congrats on the new addition! I will be sure to drop off the ‘mini-mullet’ at the appropriate time. You’re a mom!!!!!”

Maren Wade, star of “iCandy Burlesque” at Saxe Theater in Planet Hollywood, said: “Congratulations on the arrival of a new ‘Girl Next Door.’ ”

Hair colorist to the stars Michael Boychuck said: “Congratulations to the lovely Holly Madison on the birth of your baby girl. All of us at Color Salon in Caesars Palace and Life Spa + Salon in Summerlin are so happy for you.”

The managers and staff at Sugar Factory said: “We can’t wait to see your new beautiful sweetie. She’s probably as pretty as her mama.”

Holly’s BFF Claire Sinclair, star of “Pin Up” at Stratosphere, said: “It feels like Holly’s been pregnant for five years. I can’t wait to meet this baby chick. Holly and Pasquale are going to be phenomenal parents! The baby is a Pisces, so it’ll grow up to be super creative. Everyone’s been counting the days! She’s a little rock star already.”

From Cheaza, Peep Diva in “Peepshow”: “Congrats, Holly, on your new bundle of joy. Motherhood is a true blessing, and now the real fun has just begun!”
