This year with Valentine’s Day on a Thursday, locals and visitors can stretch love and romance out over four days of chocolate-dipped strawberries, red roses, lacy lingerie and lascivious lotions. On Thursday as hearts flutter and doves coo, it also will be the busiest day for our wedding chapels -- more than 1,000 marriage licenses have been requested as of Tuesday.

If you don’t have a Valentine, if you don’t have a wedding, then party princess Tiffany Masters has the solution with her wedding crashers party for the world’s largest wedding reception at Bagatelle adjacent to Tropicana. Every couple marrying or renewing vows here Thursday is invited to her bliss bash.

Tiffany’s bucket-list company opens it to every man who’s fantasized about crashing a wedding and running off with a bridesmaid and to every woman who’s dreamed of finding the perfect groomsman. Tiffany is an ordained minister, so she will marry any crashers on the spot in a 3-minute ceremony that’s valid for 24 hours -- and their wedding party is built in with everybody else’s celebration.

There will be an 11 p.m. bouquet toss with prizes hidden in the flowers and at midnight a garter toss. Those won’t come off the legs of the bridesmaids but instead will be shot out of confetti cannons.

Love is in the air -- love is everywhere Thursday, and even the supermodels from the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, among them Kate Upton and Katherine Webb, will party on The Strip. In honor of love, here is a special edition of the Royal Robin Rundown fired from Cupid’s arrow:

The sexiest show on The Strip, “Zumanity” by Cirque du Soleil at New York-New York, adds two performances and drops the ticket price to $50 for Valentine’s and includes a free cocktail.

The Viva Vision show on Fremont Street Experience features “Heart: Crazy on Vegas.”

Collective Zoo holds its second annual “Love and Lust Sleepover” at Artisan.

Heraea at the Palms throws a dating game singles party in a quest to find love.

For the first time, The Neon Museum offers a one-hour, $777 “Walk Thru Wedding” among the boneyard of illuminated yesteryear signs.

Downtown’s Mob Museum celebrates its first anniversary with commemorative collectible pins to the first 1,000 guests.

Flamingo headliner George Wallace, now in his ninth year here, shows his love by offering all active first responders from police, emergency and firefighter departments a free ticket to use any time before year’s end.

“Defending the Caveman” star Kevin Burke is offering a $75 package that includes two tickets for his Harrah’s show with a VIP upgrade and dinner for two at chef Kerry Simon’s nearby KGB.

“X Burlesque” at Flamingo is trimming $10 off tickets when one whispers “Sweetheart Deal,” while “Fantasy” at the Luxor has a dinner package at Rice & Company or Tacos & Tequila, followed by the adult revue and a gift of their 2013 Barely Bejeweled calendar.

If food is the key to a man’s heart, then remember that chef Andre Rochat, now in his 33rd year here, owns two of the most romantic restaurants in town -- Andrea’s at Monte Carlo and Alize at Palms. He has a seven-course tasting with cognac flights and post-dinner cigars. Steve Wynn’s wife Andrea has created a “Look of Love” menu at Andrea’s in the Encore that includes oysters and caviar. Our friend cookbook author and pastry chef Megan Romano has chocolate-dipped strawberries, chocolate champagne truffles and chocolate raspberry tortes at her Chocolate & Spice on West Sahara.

Chef and Michelin Star winner Guy Savoy has flown in from Paris to serve his 10-course meal, also including oysters and caviar. Gordon Ramsay has caviar on his four-course menu with the Scotch eggs. Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace offers an “Adam and Eve Menu” that includes Garden of Eden sweetheart delights with Aphrodite angel hair and ends with “Cupid’s molten chocolate.” Check out Las Vegas Sun colleague Allison Duck’s extensive Valentine’s Day dining guide.

Mandarin Oriental is offering a month of romance that includes a sultry stay. The $1,500 Suite Seduction features an art of romance spa treatment in a soaking tub for two; decadent delicacies with aphrodisiac ingredients served in the privacy of the suite; and a romance concierge who will provide candles, rose petals, music and movies from Kiki De Montparnasse at Crystals.

There’s a “Secret Agent 702” experience for couples wanting to explore their inner sexy spy. Papillon Helicopters has a $6,800 package that includes disguises, Ferrari road-racing sports cars at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, a 3,800-feet cable zipline adventure and a 5 a.m. private helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon with champagne and strawberries for breakfast on a private plateau overlooking the Colorado River. And Eli Roth’s Goretorium gets into the mood with the debut of his Love & Music series with an all-female DJ lineup of Miss Joy, Miyuki, Crykit and the Vinylist in Baby Dolls Lounge.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue supermodels celebrate Valentine’s Day at 1 OAK in The Mirage. Hyde Bellagio honors “Singles Awareness Day” teamed up with Match.com to help 300 Las Vegas singles find true love on the magical night. And ladies who wear black lingerie receive a two-hour open bar at Tao’s “Cupid Is Stupid” anti-Valentine’s party.

May love, lust and romance be with you and your significant other. The rose is red, the violet is blue, the honey is sweet, and so are you -- an English nursery rhyme from 1784 still valid today.
