FIrst it was "full Monty" Prince Harry making world headlines with his randy romp in a Las Vegas hotel room. Now — as hard as it is to believe — even Celine Dion has gone topless!

Yep; she’s posing topless in what's described as a risqué high-fashion photo shoot for the V magazine issue coming out Thursday. With her bare back to the camera and barely there leather gloves and pants discreetly covering the “naughty bits,” Dion comes across as a young Playboy magazine covergirl pinup – complete with a hair bow reminiscent of bunny ears!

Bear in mind: She is 44 and the mother of three children, yet looks exceptionally and seductively glamorous — and seemingly at ease going topless. Fashion photographer Sebastian Faena shot the provocative photos at Celine’s Florida home for the V photo spread.

Celine is quoted: “I was scared a little bit because this is so different for me but I’m glad I did it. I’m like this in real life. Usually there’s always a reason when I do a photo shot; there’s not the opportunity to go crazy. “ Dion, who wore heayy eye makeup for the layout, also is on the cover of our own new Vegas magazine. The fashion spread has in a whole other image than her stylish gowns at Caesars Palace, look for white leather, hot pants, thigh-high boots, a bunny mask and stuffed-animal pants!

In the meantime, fallout over Prince Harry’s "Hangover" escapades — including the nude photos taken when he lost at striptease billiards — continues. Prince Charles — his father — had to threaten all U.K. media outlets Wednesday with tough “invasion of privacy” lawsuits if they dared run the naked pics of Harry and his galpal. The party-loving prince will also be reprimanded and punished by the British Army for his Vegas behavior while he was on leave. All grossly unfair since he was having as much fun as any other Vegas visitor — and shame on the cell-phone photog who snuck out the pics because “What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas.” It's our calling card!

We should know Monday morning if Carson Kresley, Kyle Massey or Sabrina Bryan from our live Tropicana show has been selected. In the meantime, Vegas DeLuxe has the first photos of the new dance partnerships: Kelly Monaco, who opened "Peepshow" here, is teamed with Val Chmerkovskiy; Joey Fatone, who starred at the Tropicana show, will dance with Kym Johnson; Pamela Anderson, who headlined a Planet Hollywood magic show with Hans Klok, will partner with Tristan McManus (who danced with Gladys Knight last season); regular Venetian visitor Melissa Rycroft dances with Tony Dovolani, and our hometown pro-prince Derek Hough is teamed with Shawn Johnson.

CIRQUE’S U.K. SUCCESS: Demand for tickets to see "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour"— not even on sale until Friday — is so strong in England that Cirque du Soleil has had to add extra shows to its fall run. They are expecting box office records to be smashed.

PORN STAR TAKEOVER: Expect to see dozens of preening porn princesses arriving this weekend for the 20th annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo starting Monday. A flawless foursome of the adult industry’s most seductive starlets — Alektra Blue, Kirsten Price, Nicki Hunter and Candy Manson — will entertain at a sex-fueled two-day party at the “Pornstar Takeover" of Crazy Horse III, nominated for Best Club in the West at the Exotic Dancer Awards. All four titilating teasers tottering on ceiling-high spiked heels will sign autographs, pose for photos with fans and dance sensually on stage.

There’s certain to be tons of conversation at the Expo about the current STD scare that's shut down XXX-filming that we reported at Vegas DeLuxe Wednesday. Sex actor Mr. Marcus came forward to 'fess up to having contracted syphilis from a Hungarian actress who he shot scenes with in Los Angeles. That clears up one small error in the story. Los Angeles health officials report nine pornstars have contracted the disease and filming in Las Vegas has also stopped for now with clinic testing starting Friday.
