She’s simply stunning, and with just a few weeks before 2012 Miss Nevada USA Jade Kelsall competes in Donald Trump’s 2012 Miss USA Pageant, Vegas DeLuxe has the first look at her official pageant photos.

Lens master Fadil Berisha has made controversial headlines in past years for his sexy photos of the lingerie-clad princesses. But this year, he concentrated on elegance and high-fashion glamour. Jade flew to L.A. for her photo session, and the remainder of her portfolio will be seen in 8 weeks at Planet Hollywood, when the winner will be crowned by reigning Miss USA Alyssa Campanella of California.

Jade, who works as an ambassador for Top Shop/Top Man at Fashion Show, is strongly tipped to be the first-ever Nevada contestant to reach the Top 10 from the 50-plus contestants.

GLADYS & PENN: Our hometown Empress of Soul Gladys Knight channels her inner Tina Turner on rock and roll week on tonight’s “Dancing With the Stars,” and we’ll have a report and photos here Tuesday. Steve Wynn’s sports book betting guru Johnny Avello is predicting that actress Melissa Gilbert and singer Gavin McGraw will go home from the hit ABC show over the next two weeks before Gladys has to exit. Johnny is predicting that Donald Driver of the Green Bay Packers will win; I expect mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins to finish 1st or 2nd!

On NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” Johnny still believes that Rio headliner Penn Jillette will win the live May 19 finale in New York. When I spoke with Penn over the weekend, he refused to give me any clues of how well he does or doesn’t do against comedienne Lisa Lampanelli, singer Clay Aiken and talk show legend Arsenio Hall, who are in the top grouping. “I’m not afraid of Donald Trump if he gets upset that I tell you any secrets,” Penn said. “But I simply am not going to relinquish my First Amendment rights to remain silent whenever I choose!”

MAGICAL MENTORS: Meantime, Penn and magic partner Teller join singer Cee Lo Green’s team on NBC’s “The Voice” on Tuesday night as mentors talking about perfecting showmanship skills. Penn & Teller also advised Cee Lo on what to expect when he becomes a Strip headliner with the opening of his show, “Cee Lo Green Presents Loberace,” at Planet Hollywood on Aug. 29.

GARTH’S STAMPEDE: Country king and Wynn resident headliner Garth Brooks has agreed to a rare concert performance at the 2012 Calgary Stampede on July 12 to mark the 100th anniversary of the prestigious rodeo event, the world’s largest.

ROD ROCKS ON: Legendary rocker Rod Stewart today announced that he will return to his residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace this fall. The two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has added nine dates from Sept. 19 through Oct. 7., and tickets go on sale Friday. Meantime, “Dancing With the Stars: Live From Las Vegas” cast members Lacey Schwimmer, Sabrina Bryan, Joey Fatone and Carson Kressley attended the show Friday.

TERRY’S 3RD: Terry Fator celebrated his 3rd anniversary at the Mirage on Sunday. The “America’s Got Talent” winner was presented with a commemorative Spider-Man display, his favorite superhero character, by hotel VP Franz Kallao. Mirage team members attended the show to celebrate and joined in the presentation of a cake crafted after Terry’s newest character, lounge singer Monty Carlo.

TONIGHT’S TIPS

Angel Porrino takes a weeklong break from “Absinthe” at Caesars Palace to step into Holly Madison’s high-heeled dance shoes at “Peepshow” in Planet Hollywood while Holly travels to Paris, France, for a vacation. Gwar is at Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip for the spring leg of their tour. DJ Diplo returns to XS at Encore. And Ahmed Ahmed, Ron Pearson and Roz Browne headline at Laugh Factory at the Tropicana through Sunday.

TOMORROW’S TEASE

Burlesque beauty Dita Von Teese spills secrets about her show Strip, Strip Hooray, with a stop on the Strip for three nights, plus the topless beauties of “Crazy Horse Paris” at MGM Grand get their hands into a gooey mess to launch a chocolatier’s Las Vegas culinary secret.
