Holy horrors! Halloween is such a popular party holiday in Las Vegas that this year it’s been expanded to what really is a six-day hell-ebration. It began last night, and the ghastly goblins and ghostly ghouls won’t rest till the coffin is slammed shut at some point early Tuesday morning.

That’s six days, or 144 horrific hours, of mayhem and madness. There is no city on Earth better suited for a Halloween holiday than Las Vegas. Sin City simply out-spooks the rest as partygoers plot crazed costumes to win big bucks.

We have everything from sinister sharks at the now Haunted Reef in Mandalay Bay to the Fright Fest downtown on Fremont Street to Fright Dome at Circus Circus to the sexual shocker known as the Fetish and Fantasy Ball at South Point. From the top of The Strip to the end of downtown, it’s one long zombie parade.

The personification of dark and demonic macabre returns in the form of gothic guru Marilyn Manson for his Night of Fright at The Bank in the Bellagio on Saturday. We’re overrun with Jersey Shore stars, pinup beauties from Holly’s World and The Girls Next Door, plus a couple of thirsty True Blood stars.

Tighten your garter straps, straighten the seams and pull on your high-heeled pumps as Naughty Nurses, Curvy Cops and Sexy Stewardesses go on parade for the full celebrity Royal Robin Rundown:

  1. I can't believe these people are famous. We really need a better education system.

  2. True, but it's still a fun weekend in the city -- we usually skip the celebrity-based parties if possible and just try to go for the costume contests. Destination360 put together a slieshow of our favorites last year, and it got a lot of searches on our website; nothing gets interest in Halloween costumes quite like Las Vegas. Can't wait for the Beaux Arts Ball! That's always a favorite.
