Flavor Flav and Carrot Top were with yours truly in the sound booth at Red Rock Resort for the first performance in the casino’s new amphitheater by hometown hero Vince Neil and Motley Crue. After the incredible Saturday night show with Poison and The New York Dolls, we joined Vince, Vinnie Paul and Bret Michaels in Rocks Lounge to check out Franky Perez’s set and toast the successful outdoor concert.

E!’s Fashion Police co-host and 2011 Miss USA Pageant commentator Kelly Osbourne joined General Hospital actress and original Peepshow star Kelly Monaco for her birthday celebration along with best gal pal 1995 Miss USA Shanna Moakler at The Bank at the Bellagio after dinner at nearby Fix. Kelly was presented with a two-tier cake that included sparklers and her 2005 Maxim cover. While in town, Kelly O. also lounged at Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan and then watched Redfoo of LMFAO at the club Monday night.

Bravo program chief Andy Cohen hosted the Watch What Happens Live! after-party at The Beatles Revolution Lounge at the Mirage as part of the Closet Sunday party after hosting Miss USA and filming 2011 Miss USA Alyssa Campanella for his TV series Sunday night. Andy was with Million Dollar Listings stars Madison Hildebrand and Josh Flagg, pageant judge Caroline Manzo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and writer Bruce Vilanch, who attended Celine Dion’s show at Caesars Palace before the party.

Taylor Armstrong of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills celebrated her 40th birthday at Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria. Her rumored-to-be-split-from husband Russell proved untrue -- at least for now -- as they were together at Yellowtail and nearby The Bank. Taylor was presented with a cake decorated as a hot pink Christian Louboutin-inspired stiletto.

XS at the Encore’s resident DJ R3HAB was featured on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance last week, as his remix of Lady Gaga’s “Judas” was the track for dancers Missy and Wadi. R3HAB will be with DJs Steve Aoki and Grammy winner Afrojack for XS’ Fourth of July weekend. … Comedienne Sarah Silverman attended boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel’s sister’s Jill’s comedy show at Crown at the Rio. Cast members of VH1’s Saddle Ranch hosted a party at McFadden’s at the Rio, with Nancee, Dave, Taylor and Alex helping a birthday group celebrate.

Celine played host to soap queen Susan Lucci and her family, co-star Debbie Morgan and fellow Caesars headliner Matt Goss. … Talk show host Rachael Ray and her Every Day With Rachael Ray crew dined at Rao’s at Caesars after the 2011 Daytime Emmys. Rachel’s party of 35 took over the terrace of Rao's, where owner Frank Pellegrino Jr. greeted them.

The cast of All My Children hosted their post-awards party at Lavo at the Palazzo, where Susan was joined by colleagues and cast members from other soaps, including Brittany Allen, who won a Daytime Emmy for Best Actress. Also at the celebration: Rebecca Budig, Christina Lind, Trent Garrett, Stephanie Gatschet, Denise Vasi, Alicia Minshew, Jordi Vilasuso, Natalie Hall, Brandon Barash, Sarah Glendening and Bree Williamson. The cast was presented with a cake commemorating the show. Also at Lavo, Miss USA co-host Giuliana Rancic for dinner, while Andy dined at Tao at the Venetian. At STK at the Cosmopolitan and Eve at Crystals: The Young and the Restless stars Darius McCrary, Tracey Bregman, Tricia Cast and Christel Khalil, plus Jacqueline MacInnes Wood from Best Daytime Drama winner The Bold and the Beautiful.

Kelly Osbourne swapped her Miss USA gown for a black party dress at XS for Manufactured Superstars. Actor Gerard Butler also was at XS after partying at Marquee the night before. Man about town Andy checked out Marquee’s pool deck, while Houston Texans quarterback Matt Leinart was in the Boom Box Room with Grandmaster Flash and Phoenix Suns guard Vince Carter. Vince also hit Encore Beach Club with Green Bay Packers linebacker Brandon Chillar. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson partied in a cabana at Marquee, where Vanessa Minnillo celebrated her bachelorette party before getting hitched to Nick Lachey.

Actress and pageant judge Mariel Hemingway dined at Striphouse in Planet Hollywood, while fellow judge Dallas Mavericks star center Tyson Chandler was at my adjoining table at nearby Koi. … Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak dined at N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms. Shar Jackson dined at Nove Italiano. … Rick and Kathy Hilton danced at Blush in the Wynn. … Actor Matthew Fox partied until 4 a.m. at Encore Beach Club.

Actor Anthony Anderson watched the Jabbawockeez’s MUS.I.C. at the Monte Carlo. … All My Children star Ricky Paull Goldin had a date night with his wife at Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity at New York-New York. Also there: Bam Margera of MTV’s Jackass wearing a feathered boa.

On the premiere day of a new video with Chris Brown, The New Boyz performed for the crowd at Vanity at the Hard Rock Hotel. Earl “Ben J” Benjamin and Dominic “Legacy” Thomas mingled with fans and posed for photographs before performing “Better With the Lights Off.” The Boyz performed at pool party Revel the next day.
