It was a really big weekend for 10-year-old Ethan Bortnick, as the piano prodigy and singer headlined at the Las Hilton on Friday and last night, making him one of the youngest headliners in Las Vegas history, if not the youngest. Ethan plays classical, pop and jazz piano, as well as his own compositions, and sings.
Tom Donoghue, who shot a photo gallery of Ethan at the Hilton that was posted Thursday, the day before his headline debut, once again was onsite for the youngster’s Friday night performance.
Donoghue reported, “Ethan Bortnick’s show as the Hilton (on Friday) night was history-making. It was a sold-out crowd, and there was so much heart and soul, plus energy felt from the audience. It was a spectacular night, 90 minutes of pure entertainment.”
Las Vegas Sun colleague Delen Goldberg posted a story about the ingenue last week ahead of his performances at the Hilton.
