After reading this story there are only a few things i don't understand. The first and most important is that I don't know what "Fragile X" is. I don't know if its a toothpaste or a desease or a genetic condition. I don't know who made the decision to ban him from the bus or why a longer seatbelt could not have been provided. I did not even know seatbelts were required to ride a bus.
The five "W's" of Journalism are a really good place to start writing a story. Who, what, where, when and why. "How" helps as well.
