Where is the Vera Institute? Having tea with Skolnik? Where is the ACLU? Where is the governor? We know where Cortez Masto is - with E.K. planning the coverup, in her usual spot.

Officers now say that McDaniel told them NOT to enter Redman's cell. Not entering an inmate's cell in this situation would be highly unusual. Now, it is said, that McDaniel was yelling at the officers that they should have gone in...The cover up begins. Another murder. Will we let them get away with this yet again? This is murder. Cold blooded murder. The warden and the officers involved must be tried for murder. DON'T KILL IN MY NAME AND WITH MY TAX DOLLARS.

RIP Nolan Klein, an innocent man in Nevada's gulag, and Timothy Redman, tortured to death by guards at Ely State Prison. When will it end?

The Department of Justice needs to investigate these Nevada Prisons, and it needs to be done soon. There is a critical lack of oversight and accountability, that, in the end, comes directly out of our pockets. The worst criminals are running the prisons, and Spartacus is right - about 3-5% of prisoners should never get out, they are sociopaths, but it is a very small percentage. Skolnik, McDaniel, Gibbons, Cortez-Masto love to make people think they are guarding the "worst of the worst" when the worst of the worst are in the administrative offices of NDOC.

About a year ago there was an escape attempt at Ely State Prison and the alleged attempted escapees were caught on a roof with: camouflage clothing, a telescope, an ax, leather gloves. I never heard a word about any arrests or even if the prisoners were ever charged with this. My guess is they swept it under the rug because the administration of ESP and NDOC loves to blame visitors for any problem that happens in their prisons.

I would not be a c/o for a week. I would flip burgers or pick grapes or cut off my own limbs first.

What does this have to do with background checks? Of course they do background checks before hiring these misfits. Skolnik is trying to make it look like it is just a couple of kooks who slipped through the cracks when in reality it is a system-wide problem of corruption, starting with Skolnik.

I picture the posters like this: On top a big photo of the person killed, injured or wrongly imprisoned by Nevada, and on the bottom their name and the category. For example: PATRICK CAVANAUGH: MURDERED BY NDOC'S MEDICAL NEGLECT. NOLAN KLEIN: MURDERED BY CORRUPT PROSECUTORS AND NDOC'S MEDICAL NEGLECT. How does that sound?

I will help post them. I think it would be easy to find photos of the more recent victims of Skolnik. I will be in Reno in about a month, enough time to get it done. I'm happy to help.

People need to blow up pictures of all the inmates killed in Nevada prisons by deliberate indifference or corruption and post them on every telephone pole in Las Vegas and Reno so the tourists can know what kind of state they are throwing their money to.

Howard Skolnik is the biggest hypocrite in the state. Gibbons is a flat out sex offender running loose, and E.K. McDaniel just spends, spends, spends on lawsuits that he himself creates. But Skolnik is a hypocrite. He whines about cost while letting his sick bloated bureaucrats make decisions that are costing the state millions. How many Nevada attorney generals does it take to defend against a lawsuit for denial of medical treatment? SIX!!!! Skolnik must go along with the rest of his over-fed-sucking-at-the-public-trough minions.
