Thank you Coolican. But now the Sun needs to go deeper. Why is Seekatz still employed? Why no criminal charges? Who is covering this up? Why?

If the Sun is a community member, an investigation will be done and reported to the rest of the community.

That's how I feel, Denali. There are two victims here. A tragic event that has so many horrible consequences.

A boy who's life is forever changed, and many opportunities taken away from him. A young school teacher that is probably desperately lonely in a cell, fighting with thoughts of what happened, what she did.

That tragic event won't leave either of their consciousnesses for life. It will always scar them.

There is a huge difference between a criminal that acts evil and commits crimes in a premeditated way, and those that do something incredibly stupid. The teacher is in the stupid act category. Imagine what is going through her mind. What she has to deal with.

And there are those that would hang her without jury. The majority. Sad. Very sad.

Well Robert, its unfortunate that you needed to resort to name calling, but I do appreciate you coming to the same conclusion that I did.

Let the courts decide. Thank you for that.

And BTW, Tom. If you believe everything the Sun and/or the police, or anyone else tells you... then you are easily led. Think for yourself.

Hey Tom. Listen, my bother is a cop. I think that I know how evidence can get twisted.

Yes drinking and driving is a horrible crime. An innocent victim will lose his leg and maybe more. Words can not describe how devastating that is.

But the young teacher did not set out to do that. If she was drunk, she will pay for it. But you are not the judge and jury. And I don't trust the cops alone to play the straight and narrow.

As much as you haters won't admit, she is innocent until proven guilty. Her life is at stake too.

THE COURT IS THERE FOR A REASON. If she is guilty, she will get hers.

Express445 presumes to know the truth without being there. Emotions and feelings never cease to sway peoples views.

Why don't you let the facts come out? How do you know the state of her vehicle?

And it would not be the first time that someone was booked for DUI when they were not, in fact, over the limit.

This is tragic for both the girl and the kid. Let the courts decide what happened, will you?

If what you are saying is true Mike, I must then wonder why the speeds were not reported in the two articles by the Sun.

Citizen swerving and cop coming at him kicking door and pointing sidearm is one thing. Citizen driving 100+ on city streets and swerving is another with same said cop is another.

My point is that officers need to be held accountable for their actions. If I were to do what that cop did, I would be in jail.

Where is the accountability. Why does the city not enforce it? Why does the SUN and other publications not report on it.

In all likelihood Mr. Greene was intimidated into not pursuing the matter. Why did the SUN in their interview not approach that subject?
