My wife and I have been traveling to Vegas numerous times a year for the last 10 years and stay at the Stratosphere every time. They have always been accomodating, and we are disappointed to hear that dealers, pit bosses, and casino hosts that know us by name might be gone. I do agree that there are dealers that need to be gone, but am anxious to see if the changes are positive, and hopefully we will be able to continue to frequent the strat!! We have never had a bad experience in 10 yrs......
