Gillespie is such a joke he needs to put on a clown face. Every day another negative story, he's either stalking hookers or getting his force out of trouble (that is, if they're not dead).

Recruiting and "coaching up" go hand in hand. Weis can recruit, but sucks at coaching up what he gets. Look at programs that might not get the 5-star but coach up what they do get. Wiscy and Troy are good examples of this.
