JUST FYI all he sold his practice

I dont think anyone can undrstand how working with that man has destroyed why i came into the medical field. The things that i have seen him do are just wrong and there was nothing that i could do to stop them i tried bery hard. But he will get away with what he is doing because he has the family that he does. in the deposition you can see that the man is lying he doesnt look at the camera once and he is fidgity. I would just like to say that Staci was a sweet beautiful girl who went to the wrong place and to the wrong person for the help that she needed. But everything happens for a reason in this world and dr. should know that Karma is worse than reality and it will get him in the end. I have since then stopped being in the medical field due to this i am ashamed of myself for not doing more to stop him. I am sorry i think of this everyday and everynight and i hope that justice will finally get him and the deaths of these very young adults will not be in vain.

I worked with this Doctor and by no means am i saying that he is in the right here because he isnt. I will say he is a nice man but hasnt got the first clue what to do medically with his patients. He asks his staff things that he should know. He dosent do an exam on any patient that goes through there he asks them what they would like and he writes it for them. and NEWSJ i probaly know who you are and have probably FIRED you as a patient. I have tried to rid that office of any patient that was on Pain Meds so that they get the care that was needed. He does not have the intelligence to write any pain med he does need to be stopped. The man can not read an x-ray thats why he dosent order them. AND I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO ALL THOSE THAT THIS NEWSJ HAS OFFENDED BECAUSE HE/SHE WAS WRONG YOU DON ATTACK SOMEONES FAMILY LIKE THAT ITS WRONG AND IF YOU ARE AN ADULT YOU SHOULD BE AHAMED OF YOURSELF.

and NEWSJ 725 pills a month is to many you must have one hell of an issue if you need that many pain pills you may want to think of trying something else that wont mask you pain but fix it. so grow up and apologize if for anything else for the pain that you have caused someone who is hurting. you sir/madam are a coward.

I am very sorry that you and your family has had to go through this. It was a long time of watching people get addicted and hurt due to this. I did try and it never got handled i got put on the back burner. I did try but with no succsess.

Oh dont misunderstand me I am on your side. yes i do have direct contact and he never took money. I feel the same way you do. I myself have turned him in a few times.

Dr. Buckwalter was not making money from any of these people he never charged them more than anyone else that came there. I am with the others on the fact that if he didnt give the narcotics to people in the first place they would have never had a problem however it is up to the patient to ask questions and find out what they are taking and why. I have been in the medical field for 11 years and have worked in Henderson, NV let me put it this way i may know lv86 brother if that gives you a clue. there are so many people that come in and say they have lower back pain and that is very hard to prove even with x-rays and mri's you have to understand that YES the doctor is the start to the problem and in some cases the end but the patient is also in charge of there life and have to get a hold on themselves and not ask for pain meds.
