I agree with the above, but losing a license is a little week for attempted murder. There is NO excuse for knowlingly re-using syringes. If someones attempts to poison someone, it is attempted murder. I would say that re-using potentially infected syringes would qualify for poison. Anyone who knowlingly participated (or just knew about it) should be in jail for the rest of their lives.
So where are the arrests? Any employee that followed unsafe practices is GUILTY. The Las Vegas police should be locking up these disgusting people (management and employees that participated) TODAY.
I can't believe that the people involved (management and employees) haven't been arrested for attempted murder. If the employees were instructed to re-use medical devices, they should have said no. (If my boss asked me to burn down our building, I would be guilty of a crime if i did so.)
Noone could be so STUPID as to re-use a device. This is obviously a result of our flawed for profit medical system. Private health care for profit does not work and is dangerous. Can you imagine if we had private police, fire departments, or military?
I repeat it again. Arrest everyone that knew or participated in this potential tragedy. And close the center. This is fraud and attempted murder.
(BY THE WAY, I have a friend that is one of the 40,000 that has to be tested. Their entire family is a wreck.)

I completely agree with this letter. Medical services CAN'T work in a for profit environment, since the number one method of increasing profits is cutting costs. Imagine if our military, police, or fire departments were for profit. That would be somewhat of a farce.
In the old days, there were private fire departments. If you paid, they put the fire out on your property. If you didn't, your house burned down. Then some smart person figured out that if their neighbor's house burned down because of lack of payment, it might just burn your house down. In otherwords, it is in the best economic interest of both Republicans and Democrats to have government paid for fire departments.
The same analogy goes for medical care. It is economically bad for the USA to have for-profit healthcare. Especially when our businesses are competing with other countries.
So whoever you vote for, if they don't believe in a national health care solution, your candidate must like wasting money and endangering lives.
