Actually Taser use has risen over the years. There were about 5000 LEAs 4 years ago, now about 13000 plus LEAsS. Thing is in the past 3 years the "SO CALLED DEATHS" have not risen 2005-74, 2006-71, 2007-78, 2008 thus far 66.
The number of uses has tripled and the so called deaths have remained the same.
Guess few people can't afford the drugs the coroners keep listing as the cause
