I don't see the big deal in letting the janitors caucus where they work either but why didn't the teachers union take care of this last year like the culinary union did. All candidates, state party and DNC all agreed to these sites last March. I just need to say that we should be very worried about a candidate that would disenfranchise voters. It has the terrible feel of the 2000 and 2004 election. Our country will only be stronger by having more people involved in this process.

Once again, candidates, state officials and the DNC all agreed to this last year. Where was the teachers union then? It is just too suspect that they file the suit AFTER Obama receives the endorsement.
We should all be worried when a candidate is in any way related to the disenfranchisement of voters. I know some of you will say that the teachers union has stayed neutral but let's face facts, Hillary could speak out against this law suit, instead she is hoping they win the case and all of those workers are unable to caucus. Not good.
