I think that encyclopedia is exactly right! Either this was a homicide or it was the most amazing coincidence in the history of the world. Buffalo Jim had reportedly been receiving numerous death threats for months, and then he turns up dead from a "suicide". This one stinks to High Heaven!

Why is this Dr. Desai still a free man? He should be in jail without bail. I'll bet that in the end the ONLY people who are charged with these crimes are a group of low-level nurses who were ORDERED to reuse those needles.
