Why doesn’t the Las Vegas Sun check into the past public records of Mr. Kiener and Greg J? You’ll find that Kiener has filed frivolous lawsuits against night clubs in the past. They say that anybody can sue for anything; inmates can sue the state because the prison won’t serve them a second piece of cherry pie. Its ridiculous but that’s the down side of our tort system. Hence, today we have our government’s ongoing efforts to reform it. One thing a leech like Kiener knows is that businesses, even those who are completely innocent of any wrongdoing, are often tempted to settle out of court purely from a business stance, especially if its believed that it would cost more in legal fees to fight a wrongful, illegitimate claim than it would cost to give a small bag of money to a bandit. Too bad Kiener can’t be sued for telling fairy tales and trying to pickpocket Pure Management. Then there’s Greg J.; talk about a man with a checkered past. Check the public records and discover how many times he has visited our legal system because of his violent conduct, and has been a defendant facing criminal charges or has been named in civil suits because of violence against other people. When planning its next smear campaign of dubious intent and inconsequential substance against a prominent businessman of this city like Steve Davidovici, the Las Vegas Sun would be better suited doing a background check of the people it uses as its sources.
