The Democratic party ALREADY has "another strong, viable" candidate - Andrew Martin! Mr. Martin was the FIRST Democrat to announce his candidacy for CD3, then came Mr. Daskas. For whatever reason, the State Democratic Party chose to side with Mr. Daskas over Mr. Martin. I truly believe that Andrew Martin is the best candidate and I'm anxious to help spread the word and vote for him come election time.
Just ANOTHER reason not to trust Jim Gibbons or his estranged wife. Dawn is NOT the Governor of this state, HER HUSBAND IS! It's NOT HER HOUSE, it's the Governor's house! What, does she think she'll get the mansion in the divorce? This has GOT to be a serious and blatant disregard for the law - if such law exists. I don't care whether or not they're having marital problems. If so, DAWN should move out of the mansion and let her Husband, the Governor, stay in it where he belongs!

I, also am in support of Nevada passing this sort of voter ID law. Though, as a Democrat, I'm in the minority in my political party. I think it would drastically cut down on voter fraud. Sure, more needs to be done besides ID checking, but it's a start.
