INvestment properties are just that, an investment (risk/reward). At the end of the day, the largest majority of borrowers ARE paying their mortgages as agreed. It's hard to believe 90% is considered crisis and failure.
There was recent research that indicated 55% of borrowers that have done reworks fail to pay their mortgages AGAIN! Realtors had no problem receiving the infalted commissions on inflated home "values" and many borrowers used false equity to bury themselves in further debt, you get what you create. Bail no one out.
