It is evident you are a Gibbons supporter no mater what, drink the Kool-Aid. I was employed by the State of NV for 20 years. I've seen plenty of Department Directors and Commissioners and they all kow-towed to exactly what the Governor said or wanted or they knew they would be out on the street.
