I'm sorry Mr. WS, you're missing my point here. If our government would pass a bill to ban firearm with the exception of law enforcement, then tragic consequences like this would never happen and this country would be a safer place to live. There would be no more armed burglaries,deranged pschotic maniac shootings, drive by shootings,and massacres like Columbine and Virgina tech.
Even if a burglar break into your home(if that might even happen in you lifetime.), what's the chance that you can get to your gun? You're better off installing burglar bars to protect yourself in first place.

There are other ways to protect yourself and your family than having a firearm.

Listen, law makers should do away with all hand guns. Firearms are more trouble than they're worth.
