Not a fan of the governor's policies to date; however, I do applaud him at least for expressing original thought or at least being willing to propose something to help address our state's fiscal crisis.

All mobile billboards should be required to run on electric or some other type of clean fuel. They also should pay a congestion tax for clogging up the roads.
