I can't seen
"a straight out accusations that her campaign filed the lawsuit." anywhere on this flier.

They mention "backers of Hillary Clinton" and "supporters of Hillary Clinton" not her campaign.
They also mention Hillary Clinton's reaction to the lawsuit. We in fact tknow that neither she nor Bill Clinton expressed disapproval.
They in fact defended the lawsuit.

So what's your problem?
