Coming into town the last ten years, I've graduated from Fremont St. and the Station Casinos, to Lagasses and other unique places, and finally up to, for example, Bartolotta (Wynn). $120 for dinner just by myself, but worth it.
Once down the spiral, marble staircase to the dining room (or patio), this place taught me a whole new world of sensory pleasures. The professional staff, fluent in Italian, seemed like they would be upset if I was not completely satisfied. What a great place.
With only a small amount of spending money, Vegas has this way of showing visitors how to live large. Vegas has been one of the best teachers I've ever had!
