You mentioned Vera and the ACLU. Are you aware the prisoners do NOT want either. I have dismissed both. Both, in my opinion, work for Skolnut.

They are truly disingenuous to the human race when it comes to defending anything more than a street vendor passing out his cards for houses of prostitution and call girl services.
That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. I know the prisoners can't be that wrong.

You know, if the prisoners don't trust either--something is wrong with these organizations, when it comes to defending prisoners and their causes. The prisoners say the ACLU just confounds the issues and makes it easier for the State to win the cases against them. "WOW"! That's a mouthful to say about our defenders of the American Constitution.

Must be the reasons the OATH KEEPERS chartered up. Couldn't stand the false collection plate of the ACLU--for the good of American Citizens.

However, I do know what they mean. There is no law enforcement agency in America afraid of this organization--under any circumstances.

Please, don't wish these organizations on the prisoners. Just a suggestion... As for Vera, they just told me that are in partnership with Skolnut, as he is the reason they are allowed to view the sorry circumstances of Nevada Prisons. You know, after hearing that sound bite, the prisoners will get a fair shake.

Sure they will...

I love you assessment of this murder. A.G. Mastos is right on. She is vile and way over the top for being any kind of woman, or person. I'd tell you what she really is, but they don't allow that kind of language on the radar.

You're right--it is a cover up.

Here's the real question: Why has one story stated McDaniels as laughing, the other story has him yelling about going in to stop the hanging--as if he cared.

You are right, two stories = cover up for the ass fat blob, who now cares about his charges.

Yeah, sure!

Tonja:

As a citizen of Nevada, and knowing the corruption of our state's paid political parasites, and how they react to truth, I'd say: "Please, no comments on my letter". The truth that was just stated in your letter--does the rightful job of exposing these pitiful, sorry State Administrators, for what they really are: "NOTHING BUT SCUM SUCKING PIGS".

But, there are other murder issues than just your brother, many others. Let's explore just one of the others that recently took place in Ely, Nevada. For the record, my condolences to your family on Nolan's murder at the hands of the Nevada Department of Corrections medical buffoons.

That said, let the Governor also explain the murder of TIM REDMAN, #32765, yesterday, 11-18,2009--at Ely State Prison. While locked away in a single man cell.

Ely State Prison warden, E. K. McDaniels, and his correctional staff are responsible for Tim Redman's murder. Governor! please explain this murder...Maybe, A.G. Mastos could jump in and help you put the spin on this murder, too.

Please explain 5 cans of Mace sprayed on Mr. Redman, while your correctional staff watched this man hang himself--while alone in a single man cell and sprayed like a bug?

Please explain, I love good mythical stories.

Governor, would you please explain why the Warden McDaniel's was laughing all the time this murder was taking place. I know what a joker Warden McDaniels is to all those around him, and you, but this was over the top--even for this 500# blob of poly saturated fat.

Naturally, the murder of this man is just my opinion, but an opinion shared by many other good citizens of this state.

I can hardly wait for the affidavits to come pouring in to tell the real story of this man's murder. Governor, are you ready to bring charges of murder against your finest murders that Nevada has to offer--for penal rehabilitation? Just asking? You're the man!

Happy story telling time.

Respectfully submitted. "Yeah, sure"!

For the record:

I have just left the offices of the FBI and filed my complaint against Lovelock State Prison for the actions of their criminal guards, by threatening prisoners with the hole, if they didn't place contraband and/or knives--into cells of other prisoners.

The institution, the warden, the associate wardens, and some guards at Lovelock State Prison, all were notified about this criminal bahavior of their guards, but nothing. I really shouldn't forget to say: The Governor and the Prison Commissioners were all notified in a public meeting. Does cover up have any meaning to you guys in the taxpaying public?

It is our taxpayer's money that condones this type behavior, and without exception of most of Nevada's public servants--which are mostly morons and idiotic. I know the Governor and the Prison Commissioners fall in that category. My opinion, of course!

Have a nice day Nevada...

To David1961:

One thing I didn't see in your rant for the police department is the murder of 156 citizens without benefit of a trial for their guilt. Stick around -- you may be next.

Does Ice Cream and murdered in front of her children mean anything to you? Of course not. You've lived here for so long things like that are common.

As for living here: "You've got to be kidding"! What is special about this town? Corrupted police. Corrupted and thieving casinos. Houses of prostitution with the blessing of the state. OH, Yeah, you've got a wonderful town. I'm leaving, without any help or suggestion from you and yours. What you've got here is your own making. It is disgusting.

When your children are old enough--tell them how much you love this town. That is: "if your children survive the police". You might also give thought to the young boy recently murdered by Metro in front of his mother. Ain't you proud? Hell, you might not make it yourself...

Be careful what you wish for--you might just get it--in the back from Metro!

Nice try! Now, go ask your boss, Sheriff Gillespie, when you can go to the bathroom. Don't forget to flush.

Eagerly anticipating your next directive.

Well said and well done! Truth kills politicians and public parasites.

Question: "Really, is there a difference?"

The biggest joke here on the Nevada paying public is this: "Director of Prisons, Howard Skolnut, is an appointee to this position--not elected, yet makes law in the Nevada Prisons"?

Are we crazy as taxpayers to let this absurd behavior continue by our elected officials?

It is time to put these paid political morons to the street and start over with the mentally challenged of Nevada's homeless. They certainly couldn't do any worse.

To Geezelouise:

Right on Girl. You've hit the nail right on the head. This idiot writing back to you isn't the brightest light bulb on the block. No doubt a cop, or wannabe.

I remember this case very well. Who ever said the girlfriend was a hooker? And, if so, why was that thrown in, but to try for an advantage to some stupid person who has nothing going on in his life? No doubt a cop or wannabe.

As for umcmanic--where were you when this story was just happening. Your new testimony--was it provoked by the police, or are you just trying to seek attention? You didn't have anything to say a year ago. Why is that?

A search warrant, you say? More like a piece of paper to kill. Too bad this type protection doesn't happen more often. No constitutional right exists for police to NO-KNOCK at a home with children--to try and trap someone with something they do not want exposed--and risk the death of children. What type of police does this state condone? "Pit Bulls that breed with their own pups"?

In all likelihood the bail was put up by friends and family. Doesn't mean the kid has money for an attorney-does it? Public defender defense isn't much. Look at our prisons--they are full of men who couldn't afford anything but a public defender. Now, there is a crime. One of total indifference as viewed by our judges: "So sorry--too bad. Right Mosley, Vega, Leavitt & Glass"?

Ever wonder why the OATH KEEPERS of Nevada chartered up? Military and police defender's of our constitution--so that the police must stop violating citizen's rights and follow the constitution. I know most of you citizens believe the police at every turn, but how about the 156 murders by police that the coroner's juries have found justifiable? But, have wound up costing the citizen's of this state millions of dollars. Are you next? Might want to think about that?

Kids running away--no threat. Ice Cream ladies murdered in front of their own children--no threat says most witnesses. This killer was a pervert that cost the city $700,000 and lost his job for playing with a 15 year old girl. An honorable cop--you say? Oh yeah, they are all so honorable. Wanna buy an Ice Cream truck? Cheap?

This man should be given a medal for defending his home. He did the honorable thing. His court case is yet to be determined--don't judge him too fast. I see the cops as the foolishly dressed terrorists--which they are. We all know it. Destroying a citizen's home is just part of their fun--which they do--often and always! Your agreeing with them before they come to get you--won't spare you. You are not one of the privileged ones of Nevada. You know that to be true, too, don't you good citizens?

How much more are the Hell's Angels going to profit by this latest stupidity of Metro's swat team? Sounds a lot like the instant case at hand--doesn't it?

ATTENTION: ALL NEVADAN'S:

At 9:30AM I received a phone call from Lovelock State Prison--from a prisoner. He had just witnessed a prison guard, One Officer, Travis Bennett, take pages of a federal complaint form from a prisoner that this prisoner was reviewing to make certain all the criteria for his complaint was accurate, before filing his complaint. In addition, Guard moron was telling another guard to write this prisoner up for a violation of some newly invented prison rule. Don't ya just love it? Insanity, at its best.

This Department of Justice Complaint Form is the one the Federal Government sends to prisoners, who have problems with guards and administrators that abuse them, such as demanding the prisoner's place contraband and knives into cells of other prisoners.

This isn't something the Lovelock Prison Administrators, and Prison Commander's, are not aware of this guard's continuing felony actions--they just close their eyes and let this fool continue on his way.

Why would a prison setting be so callous and uninterested in seeing one of their finest moron's stop his criminal behavior? Maybe, they are permitting this guard to start some type of rebellion at the prison level--to show the Nevada public the need for extra guards and overtime. Ya think?

Nevada news media--you don't see an expose here yet of felony criminal behavior? With a definite cover up at the administrative prison level? Man, you guys are really asleep or paid to look the other way. You need to apply for the job of prison commissioners. Your overview seems to be about the same: "BLIND AND CORRUPTED".

That's my opinion--live with it.

Have a nice day!

To Any Concerned:

There have been some very good comments here in the last day or so. Maybe our prison commissioners should open their polluted eyes and see the abuses going on. Surely, everyone can see Director of Prisons, Howard Skolnut, cannot count, yet his word is taken as valid at every meeting before the prison commissioners, because obviously--they also cannot count, but they sure know how to spend our tax dollars with ignorance and stupidity.

Ever wonder why Nevada got to such a sorry state of affairs? Maybe our leaders like the prison commissioners had something to do with it. These intellectual giants are in a class by themselves--ALL STUPID. But then, as citizen's we elected them. Care to do it again?

However, back to Mr. Skolnut: This man is a corrupted fool,my opinion, and our prison commissioners are afraid if they challenge this director--they might have to come up with an idea for prison confinement that may actually work. God knows, we, Nevada citizens, don't want to tax our mentally challenged prison commissioners into doing something meaningful. The State couldn't stand the shock.

Just who are our prison commissioners? Governor Jim Gibbons, Secretary of State, Ross Miller, and our attorney general, Catherine Cortez Mastos. Now, here is a group of parasites that need watching, because they are not watching out for Nevada's taxpayers. Yeah Folks, that's you and me!

Don't we all feel blessed to have such wonderful watchdogs looking out for our best interests?

Let me be very plain. I'm no bleeding heart liberal, there are prisoners in our prisons that should never see a free day, but not all. That small percentage is along the lines of 3% to 5% of our prisoners. To continue using this small number to justify this job security prison act by prison directors--is unconscionable. Why, as citizen's, do we continue to allow this stupidity?

Folks! you might want to think about that for a minute...it is your tax dollars going into someone's pocket, but not your pocket, or for your best interests.

Have a nice day.
