People that own pit bulls believe that they have the right to own aggressive dogs that maul or kill others
They take pleasure in the fact that their dogs hurt people and other animals. It's why they get and have these dogs.

Until there are some regulations and requirements for special care of pit bulls, and punishments for not following the rules, the death and attacks will go on.
If these dogs get returned, next time it will probably be a person that dies.
As long as there are no rules or laws, these pit bull owners will continue to do this.
The question in this case is, what was the pit bull owner doing with the pit bulls. What is going on? Is this a breeding operation?
