Why would you pay 30 years? You stated this was a rip off, which it is clearly not. Unless your silly enough to finance it for 30 years.

40-50 grand take a 1/3 off puts you at about 30,000 for a system that will give you a $8 a month electric bill. If that is unscrupulous then sign me up. 7 years finance at 6% $438 a month. If your hell bent on making as much money as possible then jump on this opportunity.
