Too many homes in Vegas to support the eventual population when the economy recovers. 50% of the homes need bulldozing to reduce the oversupply. this is the only way prices will recover.

my family plan cost $720 in 2007 $818 in 2008 and they wanted $980 this year. As we are all completely healthy and have never even seen a doctor in these 3 years this reason alone is why I cannot wait for an affordable alternative.
