GENERAL CONTRACTORS WORKING ON THE VEGAS STRIP ARE ENROLLED IN O.C.I.P. OWNER CONTROLLED INSURANCE PROGRAMS REGARDLESS OF THERE INJURY RATE, UNDER THE O.C.I.P. CONTRACTORS WILL NOT INCURE A COST FOR CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENTS..
