I agree that Santee will start vs. San Diego.
That game was pretty sad considering Sanford had a lot of momentum going into Saturday night. The post-game comments by Mike Sanford always kill me when I read them. If you practiced all week for this than what happened during the game? He seems to blame his players a lot for not "understanding" his offense or defense. I think it is a shame that we have so much talent and this happens 4 years in a row. I was there last night and I did leave after Reno got to 42 points. Who would blame me after watching that game? Sanford just isn't the guy for UNLV. I don't care if we finish .500 or not. He needs to go.
All of the gas price talk tells that the common man doesn't get it. Gas prices haven't gone up that much relative to their overall price. People have a psycological problem with seeing over $4/gallon on gas. Has anyone on here been to another country lately? They pay this much per liter! We are a spoiled country that doesn't get it. I would like to know what percentage of Americans live within their means these days. It is a concern since our national debt is crazy right now.
Anyone that thinks this is not a disease is simply not educated enough to know about it. Do some research before you make absurd claims about 12 step programs and drug addiction. I love how everyone thinks they are a doctor so they can make statements as ignorant as stargazer's.
Hamrick is not a very bright guy. The words that come out of his mouth sometimes simply amaze me. He should not be associated with UNLV anymore. It just doesn't look good with him representing UNLV.
Poker has jumped the shark in the last year. If you notice there has been a great decline in televised poker shows lately. It is because nobody cares to watch it really. ESPN will show it because that is during a dead time of the year. Mid season baseball and NBA playoffs are the worst time to watch sports I hate to say. So they televise the WSOP to make up for that.
