I have one thing to say I'm so glad I did not vote for Judge Mosley. I think he is a very hard and a man with no feelings. He makes his court decisions based on his personal relationship with the DA or Lawyer who is in front of him at the time. He could care less as to what the case is about or if you beg him for leniency. Now when it is his son he wants to ask the court for Mercy. Please...what a joke! He should be treated just like Judge Halverson. Thrown off the bench! His family and son should be role models for the legal system. How can we respect a judge who sends people to prison for not following the law then looks the other way when its his kid? Actually, I have more respect for Judge Halverson because at least she didn't have a kid who ignored the rules of the court. This was a young woman in the prime of her life. What if it were his son? How would he feel? Personally, I think the book should be thrown at his son who obviously thinks he is above the law because "Big Daddy Mosley" is a Judge and nothing can happen to him. I only hope the pressure is put upon the courts that the public is watching this one!
