I think chasing the Taliban around the mountains of Afghanistan/Pakistan is just another economic stimulus package. When will they put up the "America on the road to recovery act" roadsigns?

Al-Qaeda was defeated in Iraq, like it or not. Even the iraqis helped throw them out.

Chasing the Taliban back into Pakistan for a few years is not going to change anything.

Obama continues to send his spokespeople out like Robert Gibbs and Carol Browner to state that no reputable scientists disagree with the theory of man made climate change/global warming. Obama et al choose to ignore that 1000's of actual scientists are skeptics and also choose to ignore the fact that E Mails from CRU showed that the scientists were so worried that their computer models could not explain the temperature decline since 1998 and they should hide the decline.

Even now, he'll STILL go to Copenhagen. Guess the new emphasis on science is politicized science. Something tells me the wrong person is on the business end of the mop to clean up the "mess" made for last 8 years.
