Jeff, As a visitor to Las Vegas 1-2 times a year, one of the best parts is outstanding customer service. Very tourist friendly workers everywhere from downtown to the Venetian. It comes from employees being treated well. I have followed your Trop/ Sussex stories online. I can't imagine their workers being happy right now and believe customer service must be suffering. I support unions and never will go to the Trop or other Sussex places unless they shape up. Thanks for the great work.
