It wasn't just the anesthesia personnel it was the whole staff including nurses. Not one person stood up for what was right. They even said the way they cleaned the scopes are questionable, that's just sick. They just ignored the Fundamentals of health care and it's just plain common sense. You don't share equipment between patient's especially if it's been soiled with bodily fluids.

It should have been shut down as soon as they knew this information. I hope they're smart enough to keep it closed permanently.

I know several people just from work and two of my family members have been exposed. It makes me sick to my stomach. I myself being in the medical profession this is just plain common sense. It's always about patient safety. This is not just a pay check these are people's lives you are dealing with. Error happens but in this case it's plain negligence. 40,000 people I believe this number and for several years, give me a break and noone stood up for what is right? Most people with a carrier in the medical field have more than one job. If this is there practice in this institutions they could have done this in there other job. The public should have a right to know these people's names. They should all have there licenses suspended, have this clinic shut down for good, have this owner's other clinic investigated and watched closely, and he should pay for everyone's lab work. While he's worried about losing his mansion and his nice car everyone else is worried about there lives. My prayers for everyone that's going thru this right now.
