Yet another 'Mission Accomplished" moment for the Administration?
The National Parks are a treasure meant for all of us. For them to become political footballs is a tragedy. The staff are struggling with budget cuts, they are paid a pittance, and without the help of a multitude of volunteers like me the cuts would have been more obvious. We must demand better funding for the Parks Service so that the Parks will be there not only for us, but for our grandchildren.

We should all make sure that we vote in any upcoming election. If less than half of us even bother to vote, we get the government we deserve.
