I agree Ron. The coach appears to have turned a blind eye for some reason. He should have been on the phone to Cal immediately on hearing a player was going to announce he was attending a D-I school.

how could this happen without the coach knowing it was bogus???...Cal wouldnt have recruited this kid without contacting the coach...something had to smell fishy there...
